• ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲೇ ಜಾಗೃತರಾಗಬೇಕು: ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಮಾರುತಿ ಗಂಗಾವತಿ: ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಏರಿಳಿತದಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಯಾವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಅರಿವು ಹೊಂದಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಹಣದ ಸಾಕ್ಷರತೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಎಎಂಎಫ್‌ಐ ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟರ್ಡ್‌ ಮ್ಯೂಚ್ಯುವಲ್‌ ಫಂಡ್‌ ಹಂಚಿಕೆದಾರ ವೀರಣ್ಣ ಟಿ. ಹೇಳಿದರು.
  ನಗರದ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೊಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಗೇಶ್ವರರಾವ್‌ ಗಂಗಯ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಚೆಗೆ ನಡೆದ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಅರಿವು-ಹಣದ ಸಾಕ್ಷರತೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
  ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಇರುವ ಇರುವ ಷೇರುಗಳು, ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ-ಗತಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದ ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಜಾಗರೂಕರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಹಣದ ಸಾಕ್ಷರತೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ನಷ್ಟ ಅನುಭವಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದರು.
  ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥ ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಮಾರುತಿ ಪ್ರಾಸ್ತಾವಿಕ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಜಗತ್ತು ಇಂದು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಮುಂದುವರಿದಿದೆ. ಗಳಿಕೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಹೂಡಿಕೆಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಮಂಜಸ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಷೇರು ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಲಾಭ ಕಾಣಬಹುದು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯ ಏರಿಳಿತಗಳ ಅರಿವು ಇರಬೇಕು. ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲೇ ಅರಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
  ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಡಾ.ಶಿವರಾಜ ಜಿ.,ಗುರಿಕಾರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಆಂತರಿಕ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಭರವಸಾ ಕೋಶದ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್‌ ಕೆ.ಎಚ್. ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ವಿಭಾಗದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೆಲ ಪ್ರಾತ್ಯಕ್ಷಿಕೆ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸೆಬಿ ಸ್ಮಾರ್ಟ್‌ನ ತರಬೇತುದಾರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದ ಪ್ರಾತ್ಯಕ್ಷಿಕೆಗೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿ ತಿಳಿವಳಿಕೆ ಮೂಡಿಸಿದರು.

  Akki Maruti, head of the college’s commerce department, gave the introduction and said that the world is quite advanced today. Earnings depend on the investment situation. If one invests in the stock market at the right time, one can see profits. For this, one should be aware of the fluctuations of the global market. He called for understanding these at the student level.
  The Principal of the college, Dr. Shivaraj G., presided over the function. Manjunath K.H. of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell was present.
