ಜನತಾ ಪ್ರೇಮಿಯರ್ ಲೀಗ್ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳವನ್ನು ಗೆಲ್ಲಿಸಿ: ಸಿವಿಸಿ ಕರೆ

ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ: ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಜನತಾ ಪ್ರೇಮಿಯರ್ ಲೀಗ್ (ಜೆಪಿಎಲ್) ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಾಂಪಿಯನ್ ಆಗುವ ಮೂಲಕ  ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗೆ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ತರಬೇಕೆಂದು ‘ಅಂಜನಾದ್ರಿ ಫೈಟರ್ಸ್’ ತಂಡದ ಆಟಗಾರರಿಗೆ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕೋರ್ ಕಮಿಟಿ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಸಿ ವಿ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಕರೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.

ಬುಧವಾರ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ತಂಡ  ‘ಅಂಜನಾದ್ರಿ ಫೈಟರ್ಸ್’ ಜರ್ಸಿ ಅನಾವರಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

“ಮಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಹೆಚ್ ಡಿ ದೇವೇಗೌಡ ಅವರ ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಕ್ಷದ ರಜತ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದ ಜನತಾ ಪ್ರೇಮಿಯರ್ ಲೀಗ್ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯನ್ನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ  ಮಾದಾವರದ ನೈಸ್ ಗ್ರೌಂಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ

ಇದೇ 15, 16 ಹಾಗೂ17ರಂದು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 26 ತಂಡಗಳು ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಟ್ರೋಫಿ ಗೆಲ್ಲುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳಕ್ಕೆ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ತರಬೇಕು,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಒಟ್ಟು 16 ಆಟಗಾರರನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ತಂಡ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಘಟಕವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಘಟಕದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಸೈಯದ್ ಮಹೇಮೂದ್ ಹುಸೇನಿ ಬಲ್ಲೆ ಅಂಜನಾದ್ರಿ ಫೈಟರ್ಸ್ ತಂಡದ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪಕ್ಷದ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣ ವಿಭಾಗ ಹಾಗೂ ಯುವ ಘಟಕಗಳು ಜಂಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿವೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಉಕ್ಕು ಮತ್ತು ಬೃಹತ್ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಎಚ್ ಡಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ತಂಡ ಬಲಶಾಲಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಚಾಂಪಿಯನ್ ಆಗುವ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸುರೇಶ್ ಭೂಮರಡ್ಡಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಸಿ ವಿ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಅವರು ನಮ್ಮ ತಂಡದ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಕತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ತಂಡದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆಟಗಾರರು ಪಕ್ಷದ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಟ್ರೋಫಿ ಮತ್ತು 5 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ನಗದು ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರ ಗೆದ್ದು ಚಾಂಪಿಯನ್ ಹಾಗೆ ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಆ ಮೂಲಕ ಯುವಕರನ್ನು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು  ಸೈಯದ್ ಮಹೇಮೂದ್ ಹುಸೇನಿ ಬಲ್ಲೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸಿರಾಜ್ ಅಹಮದ್, ನಗರ ಘಟಕದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸೋಮನಗೌಡ ಹೊಗರನಾಳ, ನಗರ ಘಟಕ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸಿರಾಜ್ ಕೋಲ್ಕಾರ್, ತಾಲೂಕು ಎಸ್ ಸಿ ಘಟಕದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸುರೇಶ ದದೇಗಲ್, ತಾಲೂಕು ಎಸ್ ಟಿ ಘಟಕದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮಲ್ಲಪ್ಪ ಹಂದ್ರಾಳ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಖಜಾಂಚಿ ಮೌನೇಶ್ ಕಿನ್ನಾಳ, ದ್ಯಾಮಣ್ಣ ಕಲಕೇರಿ, ಮುತ್ತಣ್ಣ ಕಲಕೇರಿ, ರೋಹಿತ್ ಹಣವಾಳ, ಕಲಿಲ್ ಮಾನ್ವಿ  ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

Koppal: JDS state core committee member C V Chandrashekhar has called on the players of the ‘Anjanadri Fighters’ team to bring glory to the district at the state level by becoming champions in the three-day Janata Premier League (JPL) cricket tournament to be held in Bengaluru.

He was speaking at the jersey unveiling ceremony of the JDS team ‘Anjanadri Fighters’ in Koppal district held at the party’s district office on Wednesday.

“As part of the birth anniversary celebrations of former Prime Minister and JDS party president H D Deve Gowda and the party’s silver jubilee, the state-level Janata Premier League cricket tournament has been organized at the Nice Ground in Madavara, Bengaluru on the 15th, 16th and 17th. A total of 26 teams, including Koppal, are participating in the tournament. We should bring glory to Koppal by winning the trophy in this prestigious tournament,” he said.

A team consisting of a total of 16 players is representing the Koppal district JDS unit. District sports unit president Syed Mahmood Hussaini will captain the Balle Anjanadri Fighters team. The party’s social media wing and youth wing have jointly organized the tournament. Top party leaders including Union Steel and Large Industries Minister H D Kumaraswamy will attend the inaugural ceremony. Our team is strong and we are confident of becoming champions,” said District President Suresh Bhumaraddy.

CV Chandrashekhar is the sponsor of our team. All the players of the team have become party members. We will emerge as champions by winning the trophy and a cash prize of Rs 5 lakh. Through this, we will attract youth to the party on a large scale, said Syed Mahemood Hussaini Balle.

District Minority President Siraj Ahmed, Urban Unit President Somanagouda Hogarnal, Urban Unit Minority President Siraj Kolkar, Taluk SC Unit President Suresh Dadegal, Taluk ST Unit President Mallappa Handral, District Treasurer Mounesh Kinnal, Dyamanna Kalakeri, Muthanna Kalakeri, Rohit Hanawala, Kalil Manvi and others were present.
