ಕೃಷಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗೆ ಪೂರ್ವ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ: ಸಿವಿಸಿ ಆಗ್ರಹ

ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ: ಪೂರ್ವ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಮುಂಗಾರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಾದ್ಯಂತ  ಕೃಷಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗದಂತೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕೋರ್ ಕಮಿಟಿ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಸಿ ವಿ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತವನ್ನು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಅವರು ಮನವಿ ಪತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.

“ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ವರ್ಷ ಮುಂಗಾರು ಅವಧಿ ಮೇ ಮೂರನೇ ವಾರದಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾಗುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿದೆ.
ಪೂರ್ವ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮುಂಗಾರಿನ ಆರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗದಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ  ಯೂರಿಯಾ ಗೊಬ್ಬರದ ಕೊರತೆಯ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಸವೇಶ್ವರ ವೃತ್ತದ ಬಳಿ ಇರುವ ತಾಲೂಕು ಒಕ್ಕಲುತನ ಹುಟ್ಟುವಳಿ ಸಹಕಾರಿ ಸಂಘದ (ಟಿಎಪಿಎಂಸಿ) ಮುಂಭಾಗ ರೈತರು ತೀವ್ರ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಕುಣಿಕೇರಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಚಂದ್ರಪ್ಪ ಬಡಿಗಿ ಮಣ್ಣು ತಿಂದು ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದು ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಸುದ್ದಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕಾಯಿತು. ಇಂತಹ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ಮರುಕಳಿಸಿರಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತದ್ದು,” ಎಂದು ಮನವಿ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಕೃಷಿ ಭೂಮಿಯ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣ, ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಬಿತ್ತನೆ ಬೀಜಗಳು, ರಸಗೊಬ್ಬರ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೀಟನಾಶಕಗಳ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ರಸಗೊಬ್ಬರ, ಕೀಟನಾಶಕ ಔಷಧಿಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ  ಯೂರಿಯಾ ದಾಸ್ತಾನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಯೂರಿಯಾ ಪಡೆಯಲು ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ನಿಬಂಧನೆ ಹೇರಬಾರದು. ರಸಗೊಬ್ಬರದ ಕಾಳದಂಧೆ ನಡೆಯದಂತೆ, ಅದರ ಬೆಲೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚದಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಳಪೆ ಬಿತ್ತನೆ ಬೀಜ ಪೂರೈಕೆಯಾಗದಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮೆಕ್ಕೆಜೋಳ, ಸಜ್ಜೆ, ಭತ್ತ, ತೊಗರಿ, ಸೂರ್ಯಕಾಂತಿ ಬೆಳೆಗಳ ಬಿತ್ತನೆ ಬೀಜ ವಿತರಣೆಯನ್ನು 20 ರೈತ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ 7 ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿತರಣೆಗೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Koppal: JDS State Core Committee member CV Chandrashekhar has urged the district administration to take appropriate steps to ensure that agricultural activities across the district are not disrupted during the current monsoon by making advance preparations.

He met District Collector Suresh Itnal on Monday at the District Collector’s office along with a delegation of party leaders and submitted a petition in this regard.

“This year, the monsoon season is expected to start from the third week of May.
By making advance preparations, farmers should not face any problems at the beginning of the monsoon. Last year, due to the shortage of urea fertilizer in Koppal city, farmers staged a fierce protest in front of the Taluk Okkalutana Ntuvuli Sahakari Sangha (TAPMC) near Basaveshwara Circle and Chandrappa Badigi of Kunikeri village in Koppal taluk expressed his anger by eating soil, which became news across the state, forcing the central and state governments to respond. It is the responsibility of the district administration to ensure that such incidents do not recur,” the petition said.

Fertilizers, pesticides and urea should be stocked across the district according to the area of ​​agricultural land, the required amount of seeds, fertilizers and pesticides. No restrictions should be imposed on farmers to get urea. He said that steps should be taken to prevent the black market in fertilizers, increase their prices and ensure that poor quality seeds are not supplied.

He opined that it would be better if arrangements were made for the distribution of seeds of maize, sajja, paddy, togari and sunflower crops at 20 farmer contact centres and 7 additional centres.
