ಯಲಬುರ್ಗಾ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಸ ಗರಿ; ರಾಜ್ಯ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ನೂತನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ಲೋಕಾರ್ಪಣೆ

ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 04  : ಏಕಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ನಾಲ್ಕು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ನಡೆಯುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯದ ಯಲಬುರ್ಗಾ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ನೂತನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ಲೋಕಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಮೂಲಕ
ಯಲಬುರ್ಗಾ ತಾಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಏಪ್ರೀಲ್ 04 ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ದಿನವಾಗಿ ದಾಖಲಾಯಿತು.
ಈ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ, ಕುಷ್ಟಗಿ, ಕುಕನೂರ, ರೋಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಗಜೇಂದ್ರಗಡ ಭಾಗದ ವಕೀಲರು, ನಿವೃತ್ತ ವಕೀಲರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಫೋಟೊ ತೆಗೆಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾದರು.
ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರು ಹಾಗೂ ಯಲಬುರ್ಗಾ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಶಾಸಕರಾದ ಬಸವರಾಜ ರಾಯರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟನ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳಾದ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಹಂಚಾಟೆ ಸಂಜೀವ್‌ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕುಕನೂರ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ
ಯಲಬುರ್ಗಾ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರಾದ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಸಿ ಎಂ ಪೂಣಚ್ಚ ಅವರು ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳು, ಶಾಸಕರು, ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು ಮತ್ತು ವಕೀಲರ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ
ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ನೂತನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಅಂಗಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಸಿ ನೆಟ್ಟರು.
ಬಳಿಕ ರಿಬ್ಬನ್ ಕತ್ತರಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ನೂತನ ಕಟ್ಟಡವನ್ನು ಲೋಕಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಯಲಬುರ್ಗಾ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಸ ಗರಿ ಮೂಡಿತು.
ಇದೆ ವೇಳೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳಾದ ಸಿ ಎಂ ಪೂಣಚ್ಚ ಅವರು ವಕೀಲರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ದ್ವಾರಬಾಗಿಲ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಫೋಟೊದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾದರು.
ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸತ್ರ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರಾದ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಸಿ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಾಸ್ತಾವಿಕ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಯಲಬುರ್ಗಾ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಏಪ್ರೀಲ್ 4 ಯಲಬುರ್ಗಾ ತಾಲೂಕಿಗೆ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ದಿನ ಎಂದು ಬಣ್ಣಿಸಿ ನೂತನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ಲೋಕಾರ್ಪಣೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂತಷ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ವಕೀಲರ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಎ.ವಿ. ಕಣವಿ, ಹಿರಿಯ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು ಹಾಗೂ ಯಲಬುರ್ಗಾ ಜೆ.ಎಂ.ಎಫ್.ಸಿ ಸಂಜಯ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಪಾಚಾಪೂರ, ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರಾದ ರಂಗಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಜೆ., ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವರಿಷ್ಠಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ಡಾ. ರಾಮ್ ಎಲ್. ಅರಸಿದ್ದಿ, ಅಪರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ಸಿದ್ರಾಮೇಶ್ವರ, ಉಪವಿಭಾಗಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ಟನ್ ಮಹೇಶ್ ಮಾಲಗಿತ್ತಿ, ಯಲಬುರ್ಗಾ ವಕೀಲರ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಸುಭಾಷಚಂದ್ರ ಎಸ್. ಹೊಂಬಳ, ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಇ.ಟಿ. ಮಹಾಂತೇಶ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಎಂ.ಎಸ್. ನಾಯ್ಕರ್, ಲೋಕೋಪಯೋಗಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ಹೇಮಂತ್ ರಾಜ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಿರಿಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಿರಿಯ ವಕೀಲರು, ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಯಲಬುರ್ಗಾ ಬಾರ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್‌ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

Koppal April 04: April 04 was recorded as a historic day in Yelaburga taluk with the inauguration of the new court building in Yelaburga taluk, which has the capacity to hold four courts simultaneously. In the backdrop of this historic event, lawyers and retired lawyers from Koppal, Kushtagi, Kuknoor, Rona and Gajendragad areas arrived in large numbers and celebrated the event by taking a group photo with the judges. Chief Minister’s Economic Advisor and MLA from Yellaburga Assembly Constituency Basavaraj Rayareddy and High Court Justice Hon’ble Hanchate Sanjeev Kumar entered Yellaburga town via Kuknoor town. In the presence of judges, MLAs, judges and lawyers, Hon’ble CM Poonachha first planted a sapling in the new court yard. He then dedicated the new building to the public by cutting the ribbon. This marked a new era for the judiciary of Yellaburga taluk. At the same time, Justice CM Poonachha took part in a group photo with the lawyers in the court hall and near the court gate. Hon’ble Principal District and Sessions Judge Hon’ble Chandrashekar C gave the introductory speech and explained the historical background of Yelaburga town and described April 4 as a historic day for Yelaburga taluka and expressed happiness that the new court building was inaugurated.

The ceremony was attended by District Bar Association President A.V. Kanavi, Senior Civil Judge and Yelaburga J.M.F.C Sanjay Kumar Pachapura, Judge Rangaswamy J., District Superintendent of Police Dr. Ram L. Arasiddi, Additional District Magistrate Sidrameshwar, Sub-Divisional Officer Captain Mahesh Malagitti, Yelaburga Bar Association President Subhashchandra S. Hombala, General Secretary E.T. Mahantesh and Vice President M.S. Naicker, Executive Engineer of the Public Works Department, Koppal Division, Hemant Raj, along with all the senior and junior lawyers of Koppal district, executive committee members and all the members of the Yelaburga Bar Association were present.
