> ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಆಯೋಗ ಕಲಬುರಗಿ ಪೀಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದ ಐದು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 71 ದಿನ ಕಲಾಪ ನಡೆಸಿ 1,079 ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮಾಹಿ ಆಯೋಗದ ಕಲಬುರಗಿ ಪೀಠದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿ.ವೆಂಕಟ ಸಿಂಗ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
> ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಅವರು 24 ನೇಯ ನವಂಬರ್-2025 ರಿಂದ ಮಾರ್ಚ ಅಂತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ 2,520 ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು 1,079 ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
> ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಕಾಲ ಹರಣ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಮಯ ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನಷ್ಟ ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಾರಣ ನೊಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರಿಗೆ 34 ಸಾವಿರ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡಲು ಆದೇಶ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ 71 ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದ ಒಂದು ದಶಕದಿಂದ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿಗೆ ಬಾಕಿ ಇದ್ದ ಹಳೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಆದ್ಯತೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಎಲೇ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವ ಅವರು ಬರುವ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಶೀಘ್ರವಾಗಿ ಮುಗಿಸಿ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕೊಡಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

> The Karnataka Information Commission has disposed of 1,079 cases in the last five months after conducting 71 days of proceedings in the Kalaburagi Bench, said Shri B. Venkata Singh, State Information Commissioner of the Kalaburagi Bench of the Karnataka Information Commission.
> Issuing a press release in this regard, he said that from 24th November-2025 to the end of March, 2,520 cases have been taken up for hearing and 1,079 cases have been disposed of.
> He said that an order has been made to provide compensation of Rs. 34 thousand to the aggrieved applicants due to the time and financial loss caused by wasting time to provide information to the applicants.
> He said that in particular, in the last 71 days, old cases pending for disposal for the last decade have been disposed of on priority, and he said that in the coming days, new cases will be taken up, the hearing will be completed soon and steps will be taken to provide information to the applicants.
